Visual Explainer is a skill for AI agents to make them capable of transforming complex, and often illegible, terminal outputs into intuitive HTML pages. As a result, you prevent your coding assistant from presenting you with chaotic ASCII graphics or broken text tables. Using this add-on, you can generate self-contained, readable web documents that are ready to view directly in your browser.
Maximum compatibility with Claude, Cursor, or MCP servers
Integrating Visual Explainer into your workflow makes managing complex tasks like outlining a system's architecture, performing a visual diff review, or comparing project requirements much easier. The tool allows you to automatically select the ideal format for each case, using interactive Mermaid charts for flowcharts, CSS Grid for architectural structures, or Chart.js for data dashboards. What's more, it's fully compatible with today's most popular development environments and interfaces, including Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Codex, and MCP servers.
Create presentations to present your work
With the arrival of new updates, you have full control over the output directory of your local HTML files. At the same time, you can enjoy improvements in the preview of responsive navigation menus and have more reliable installation commands for Windows. To present your projects to other teammates, the tool allows you to generate interactive presentations in slide format or even export them to PPTX files.
What I liked most about Visual Explainer and what could be improved
• What I liked most: The system's ability to convert plain text and ASCII diagrams into interactive graphics of good quality without requiring tedious configurations is a huge plus. Plus, its compatibility with multiple assistants and 11 interchangeable color palettes are other strong points.
• What could be improved: Exports to PPTX format, being static, lose any animations, custom fonts, and interactivity that the HTML version has. On top of that, always having to rely on opening a browser window to view the final result can end up affecting your workflow.
Download Visual Explainer for Windows and take advantage of this skill to forget about seeing confusing text diagrams in your terminal. Optimize the visual documentation for your projects, analyze code with ease, and present your work with professional results.
